Avondale Middle School Tennis Team

 The Team is open to all middle school girls (6th-8th grades) that attend Avondale Middle School, GATE Middle School, and Oakland Christian School.

 The team is coached by Avondale Girls Varsity Head Coach Matthew Burr, and all practice and home matches will be conducted at the Avondale High School tennis courts.  

Practice will be on Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:45-6:00 with makeup practices on Fridays 4:45-6:00 and Sunday afternoons 1:00-3:00. 

Matches will be scheduled in lieu of practices on Mondays and Wednesdays as well as on Fridays and Sundays, with one match on Saturday (May 16 at Lapeer).  

Parents are responsible for transportation to all away matches. The End of Year Tournament is expected to be held on Sunday Morning, May 17th at Eisenhower and Romeo High Schools.  

Expect about 5 matches against other middle school teams in the Metro Detroit area. 

All skill levels are accepted: Beginners to top ranked players.  

$100 player fee for the 6 weeks.
